Sharmila Pixy Ferris

Sharmila Pixy Ferris, PhD, received her doctorate in Communication from Penn State University and is a full Professor in the Department of Communication at William Paterson University of New Jersey and has also taught at the University of Kentucky, Penn State University in the United States, and the University of Alberta and Royal Roads University in Canada. She is well published in the areas of leadership, organizational communication, technology and computer-mediated communication with 10 books and many academic journal and popular press articles.
