With a Harvard Law School certification in mediating disputes and negotiating difficult conversations, Sharad brings a deep, evidence-based approach to his coaching.
He is a certified conflict management coach with CINERGY®, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a certified practitioner of the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP). Sharad is also accredited in systemic coaching for work resilience, and he is a licensed Resiliency at Work practitioner.
