Sarah Masoud (MA, BA) is the DEIB Training Coordinator for ICF, where she designs and supports training and education to help coaches develop the skills, awareness, and accountability needed to foster more inclusive and equitable coaching spaces. With more than 10 years of experience working alongside refugees and immigrants in multicultural settings, and holding both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, she has specialized in cultural humility as a core framework for equitable practice. Sarah has facilitated trainings, workshops, and conference sessions across sectors, engaging audiences in reflective conversations on cultural humility and other core DEIB topics. She brings a nuanced global lens to DEIB work, informed by cross-cultural experience and a commitment to elevating perspectives from across regions.
