Samantha Dye, ACTC, MCC, is a seasoned coach, educator, and advocate for cultural humility as a fundamental skill in coaching. As the program developer and director of education for the Certified Professional Coach Program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Samantha educates coaches to integrate cultural humility into their ongoing practice. She has years of experience in diverse organizational situations, including six years in South Africa with a grassroots movement focused on developing leaders. As a white woman impacted by her roots in rural America, Samantha knows what it’s like to intentionally create spaces to be with those different from her, for the sake of learning.
