Rosarii Mannion is a senior HR leader currently employed as the national director of People and Change at Ireland’s TULSA Child and Family Agency. She is a passionate believer in maximizing organizational performance and engagement through promoting the benefits of a coaching culture. Rosarii is a chartered director, mediator, and executive and conflict coach. She serves as a board chair of Pobal, an organization that works on behalf of the Irish Government to support communities and local agencies toward achieving social inclusion and development.
