Rosa Edinga PCC, MBA, is a certified executive coach, educator, mentor coach, and coaching supervisor who specializes in nervous system-informed, whole-person practice. With more than a decade of experience, she supports coaches and leaders to deepen presence, grow self-awareness, and lead with both courage and care. Rosa works across sectors — healthcare, education, and the public sector — to support more human-centered, courageous leadership.

She is the creator of the ROOTED framework, which weaves nervous system awareness, coaching competencies, and psychological safety into the coaching process. Rosa is known for her grounded wisdom, her contagious laugh, and her fierce belief that being human — especially in the messy moments — is where the real power is.

Rosa is a presenter at ICF Converge 2025, where she’ll speak on psychological safety and coaching impact.

Beyond her work, you can find her listening to her son talk about football or wrestling, talking to the moon, or lost in a good book.
