Renée Robertson, PCC, MBA, BA, SHRM, is an experienced executive responsible for successfully leading global human resources, sales, marketing, and operations teams and organizations. She enjoys creating empowering cultures while achieving positive business results.
She attributes much of her success to coach training and believes that her training and working with a coach shaped her leadership style and ability to effectively engage individuals, teams, and organizations.
Renée was an early pioneer responsible for introducing coaching into organizations. Subsequently, she went on to lead two organizations to win ICF Prism Awards.
Renée is the author of The Coaching Solution: How to Drive Talent Development, Organizational Change and Business Results. She is also the founder of two start-ups, Trilogy Development, and the Robertson Coaching Institute.
