Naomi Whitehead, PCC, is a Solution-Focused practitioner certified by IASTI and EMCC SP. She works online, in Sheffield, across the UK, and internationally as a Solution-Focused coach, trainer, mentor, educator, and director of a community interest company.
Naomi has extensive experience coordinating services for adults facing multiple and complex challenges, including those who have experienced homelessness. She also supports young people involved in the criminal justice system and substance misuse. Her background in managing voluntary sector projects informs a structured yet playful approach in her work, characterized by curiosity and respect for clients. Naomi’s mission is to empower individuals to navigate their challenges and achieve their goals through a solution-focused lens.
