With a 40-year global career spanning marketing and capability development, she has partnered with, coached, and mentored C-suite leaders in more than 160 multinational organizations — including Unilever, PepsiCo, Diageo, and Accenture — across sectors such as CPG, financial services, life sciences, energy, and technology.
Mhairi is the former group CEO and co-founder of Brand Learning (now part of Accenture) and volunteers as a trustee of the Leverhulme Trust, bringing board-level governance experience and a deep understanding of leadership challenges in both SMEs and global corporates. She is the author of The Growth Drivers, emeritus chair of The Marketing Group of Great Britain, and a lifelong learner — currently completing a master’s degree in coaching for behavioral change at Henley Business School, UK.
