Mhairi McEwan, PCC, brings a lifelong passion for individual and organizational capability development, combined with deep experience in business leadership, marketing, growth, and brand building. Her focus is on coaching, leadership development, and mentoring within the marketing space, supporting CEOs, founders, and C-suite leaders in accelerating their leadership and business growth.
She also serves as a trustee of The Leverhulme Trust and its subcommittees — an experience that deepens her governance capability and commitment to ethical, inclusive practice.
Mhairi’s career spans senior client-side vice president of marketing and sales roles in the UK, Europe, and Egypt, followed by more than 20 years as founder and group CEO of Brand Learning, which was acquired by Accenture. At Accenture, she led the global marketing domain practice before moving into private practice in 2020.
She is committed to championing member voices, strengthening the coaching profession globally, and embracing innovation that enables coaches and their clients to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
