Manish Punjabi is a strategic HR leader with deep expertise in learning and development, talent management, OD, culture, and HR transformation built on a foundation of cross-functional experience in retail sales, B2B: key accounts, and brand category management.

Manish brings a unique blend of business acumen and talent excellence from his work in leadership roles across organizations such as Kotak, Asian Paints, UltraTech Cement, Gyanodaya, the Aditya Birla Group’s Leadership Development Centre, and Piramal Pharma.

Manish is currently pursuing his PhD focused on measuring the impact of learning interventions and holds qualifications like a PGDM, an M.Com, and a diploma in Cyber Laws.

As a strategic leader, he actively contributes his knowledge and expertise through speaking engagements at conferences, academic interactions, and articles in prominent publications like Economic Times —  ETHRWorld and Human Capital Magazine.
