Through her leadership, the organization has become the leading voice for the global coaching community with more than 60,000 members and over 60,000 ICF-credential holders worldwide.

Magda has received numerous global honors for her leadership and influence, including recognition from Global Gurus, Thinkers50, and the Institute of Coaching at Harvard. Her distinctions include #1 Coach: Global Influence, Thinkers50 Coaches50 Top Coach and Coaching Legends honors, and the Visionary in Coaching Excellence Award. She is also an ASAE Fellow.
