Leah Reed earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from UW–Madison, a master’s degree from Alverno College, and a B.A. from Marquette University. As a speaker and strategist, Leah partners with organizations across industries to shape policy, lead evaluations, and provide executive coaching that creates meaningful, lasting change. Her book, The Complexities of Equity: Navigating Shades of Gray in Schools and Organizations, supports leaders in addressing challenges and resistance within diverse environments.
