Katie Crabtree, PhD, MSc, is a coaching psychologist, master practitioner coach, and accredited supervisor (EMCC), specializing in the integration of psychological science within professional coaching. She is the founder and director of the Academy of Coaching Psychology (AoCP™), a U.S.-based organization providing ICF-approved continuing education and EMCC global-accredited professional pathways in positive psychology coaching and coaching supervision. Her work bridges research and practice, supporting coaches and professionals to deepen their psychological fluency, ethical awareness, and reflective capability.
