Kate Miller, PCC, is a leadership coach with more than 10 years of coaching experience and over two decades in the mental health field. Based in Washington, D.C., Kate specializes in leadership development and is passionate about helping emerging leaders integrate coaching early in their careers. She also volunteers her time to advance the study of ethics in coaching, promoting integrity and professionalism in the field. Kate holds an EdD in leadership development from Marymount University, an MALS in ethics from Georgetown University, an MA in counseling psychology from Argosy University, and a BA in organizational behavior from Rollins College. Through her work, Kate blends deep expertise in human behavior with a strong commitment to ethical, values-based leadership. She is dedicated to fostering inclusive, thoughtful coaching practices that empower individuals and teams to thrive.
