Kate Arms, MCC, JD, has been mentoring and teaching coaching since 2016. Kate’s coaching practice focuses on creators and innovators, twice‑exceptional and gifted adults, and parents of twice‑exceptional children. She is also a co‑founder of the Neurodiversity Coaching Academy, where she works to expand awareness and support for neurodivergent individuals through inclusive coaching practices.
Kate holds a BA in Theatre and Biopsychology from Cornell University and a JD from Harvard Law School. She is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, an ICAgile Expert in Enterprise Coaching, and a Certified Professional Co‑Active Coach.
