Karsten Drath, PCC

Karsten Drath, PCC, is a leadership coach and expert on the subject of resilience. He has gained an extensive background in management through positions with organizations including Accenture, Bombardier, and Perot Systems. Prior to his career as an executive coach, he was managing director, EMEA, of Dell’s consulting unit and was responsible for its development.

Today, he is one of the managing partners at Leadership Choices. He is a certified executive coach and naturopath for psychotherapy. He is accredited by EMCC and by the World Economic Forum. He also works as a lecturer at the WHU Center for Responsible Leadership in Koblenz, Germany.
