John J. Schaffner, PhD, is a practitioner-scholar with a doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, where he studied under Richard Boyatzis, PhD. Coaching has driven his primary purpose since receiving his certification from the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
