Jihane is a multicultural executive coach who fosters an inclusive coaching approach to empower corporate leaders and teams. With a global perspective, she champions collaboration to amplify impact worldwide. Currently a doctoral candidate in education and AI, Jihane holds an MBA and a master’s degree in governance and HR. Honored as the best executive coach in 2023, she brings 24 years of experience, including roles as a multinational marketing director and CEO of Coachinglab Academy, an ICF Level 2 Accredited program. An ICF mentor and assessor, Jihane also serves as the Professional Coaches’ Board representative on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
