Jihane Labib ACTC, MCC, is an executive and team coach with 15+ years of experience and more than 10,000 coaching hours across 20 countries. She is currently serving as an ICF Professional Coaches Global Board director, advancing the coaching profession worldwide.
As founder and CEO of Coachinglab Academy and Lwasl Group, she designs and delivers ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 programs that shape the next generation of leaders and professional coaches. Active in ICF initiatives since 2010, she also serves as a mentor and assessor.
Before coaching, Jihane spent 12 years in multinational corporations as a marketing and communication director. She helps executives and teams refine vision, strengthen culture, and drive performance. Her clients span the FMCG, banking, gas and oil, telecommunications, and media sectors. A doctoral candidate in education and artificial intelligence, fluent in Arabic, French, and English, she brings a systemic, multicultural lens to leadership and coaching.
