Jennifer Mayo, ACC, is an attorney, leadership strategist, and ICF-certified coach with more than 20 years of experience leading organizational transformation and human development across public service, law, and talent strategy. After earning a bachelor’s degree in public relations and philosophy, she worked in advertising before earning her Juris Doctor and serving in government and private legal practice. In public service, she has managed billions in federal funding and led major workforce and leadership initiatives, transforming struggling programs into high-performing teams.

She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and advanced credentials including SHRM-SCP, ICF ACC, and ODCP. Jennifer is the founder of More Than 16™, a behavioral intelligence platform that shows how high-functioning individuals break down under pressure, delivering actionable, pattern-based insights for leadership, coaching, and organizational performance.
