Jennifer Koster, ACC, MA, PhD, is the DEIB Engagement Manager at the International Coaching Federation, where she leads global engagement strategies, supports member resource groups across regions, and develops inclusive learning experiences that reflect the evolving needs of the coaching profession. She works closely the VP of DEIB, to build alignment and expand programming that fosters equity, access, and belonging. With a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition, an ACC credential, and a background in higher education, Jen brings clarity, strategy, and a touch of humor to every project—whether she’s designing a course, managing engagement, or making complex concepts actually make sense.
