Jane Porter, MCC, ACTC, is a coaching practitioner who focuses on boards and board director effectiveness, CEO and executive team effectiveness, individual executive effectiveness, and coach mentoring and supervision. She is an Oxford Brookes University–accredited coaching supervisor and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jane’s formative years were spent in commercial roles in publishing in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. After relocating to Australia, her career developed with a focus on developing leaders. She has owned her own coaching practice since 2006 and has held executive roles as head of education and head of coaching at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Jane enjoys blending practitioner work with industry research and is currently undertaking a PhD at Curtin University on the impact of coaching on non-executive directors’ contribution to a board.
