Inga Bielinska, ACTC, MCC, is a certified team coach (ICF and EMCC), business trainer, mentor coach, and ESIA-accredited coaching supervisor. She works globally with individuals and teams navigating change, cultural complexity, and communication challenges. Inga supports leaders transitioning into executive roles, managing remote teams, and resolving interpersonal conflict. As a team coach, she helps teams clarify their mission, vision, and processes while improving collaboration and reducing conflict.

With experience as a managing partner, business owner, consultant, and nonprofit board member, Inga brings real-world leadership insight to her coaching. Having worked across multiple countries, she offers deep cultural awareness and sensitivity. Now based in Silicon Valley, she supports engineers and leaders facing the demands of a fast-paced, VUCA environment. Inga is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and Newsweek Expert Forum, and has authored two leadership books in Polish, as well as contributed to several publications in English and Polish on coaching and supervision.
