Giusi Cerfeda, ACC, brings 30 years of innovation and leadership experience from multinational organizations, including Colgate, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, and 3M. Three years ago, she reinvented her professional path, transitioning from the FMCG corporate world to become a fractional executive and an ACC ICF-accredited coach. Today, she partners with medium-sized companies to build growth strategies, strengthen market positioning, and develop high-performing teams.
Guisi focuses on developing forward-thinking strategies and turning them into measurable action plans. Her approach is grounded in optimism and a deep conviction that people must be at the center of every initiative.
Throughout her career, Giusi has worked with people from vastly diverse contexts and backgrounds. She deeply cares about people and firmly believes in the power of humanity to drive meaningful change for individuals and organizations.
Giusi holds a degree in business administration from Bocconi University and is a Center for Creative Leadership alumna.
