Geraldine Gauthier, MCC, is an executive coach and founder of GoMasterCoach, where she trains coaches to be their best. Her career began in finance across Asia and Europe, where over 20 years of leadership roles in change management and team development sparked a deep fascination with how people think, communicate, and perform at their best. She made the leap to full-time coaching and hasn’t looked back. Geraldine is based in Singapore and is still learning, which, as she’ll tell you, is the whole point.
