Elena Vedernikova, AATC, ACC, MBA,  is a seasoned Human Resources professional with diverse leadership experience across private and public sectors, specializing in organizational development, talent strategy, and transformational change management. Currently with the World Bank in Washington D.C., USA, Elena has previously held leadership roles, including VP of HR at prominent multinational investment corporations such as Nomura and Lehman Brothers in the United Kingdom and EMEA. 

Her professional expertise encompasses comprehensive organizational design, strategic analytics, mergers and acquisitions, international division establishment, compensation and benefits, and leadership coaching and development. As a certified professional coach, Elena delivers high-impact leadership, performance, and organizational coaching to leaders, managers, teams, and individuals. Her distinctive approach integrates sophisticated HR strategic insights with advanced coaching methodologies, enabling organizational and individual performance optimization. An active member of the ICF-DC Chapter, Elena contributes through professional group engagement and pro-bono coaching for leadership of a major hospital located in the Washington D.C. area.
