Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC, CPCC, is a Master Certified Coach and internationally recognized thought leader in parenting and neurodiversity. She is the co-founder of ImpactParents.com and the first global coaching organization for parents of complex kids, teens, and young adults. Elaine has trained thousands of parents and certified hundreds of professionals in neurodiversity-informed coaching strategies. She is also the co-creator of the Sanity School® behavior management training programs for parents and teachers. A passionate advocate for inclusion, Elaine served as a parent advisor to the American Academy of Pediatrics and on the national board of directors for CHADD. She is the author of The Essential Guide to Raising Complex Kids with ADHD, Anxiety and More, Parenting ADHD Now!, and co-host of the Parenting with Impact podcast. Elaine is a proud parent of three complex young adults and lives in Atlanta, where she continues to champion coaching as a tool for positive change.
