David Drake, PhD, is a recognized expert in the coaching space. He is a nine-time WBECS Summit speaker and a Thought Leader at the Institute of Coaching. A member of the inaugural class of Coaches50, David is also the author of “The Five Maturities: A New Paradigm for Coach Development” and the Founder of Narrative Coaching. He is a scholar and pioneer in the learning and development field, currently working with Ovida, an AI-informed start-up, as Head of Labs and advisor to L&D leaders in organizations. David is the creator of feedlooping, a dialogical feedback process. Additionally, he founded Integrative Development and serves as Founder and CEO of The Moment Institute in Amsterdam, which hosts a global learning community based on his work and publishes his resources.
