Dominique Mas, PCC, is the founder of Group Coaching HQ. With 17 years of experience in educational leadership and a global background spanning Europe, Asia, and the U.S., Dominique brings a rich perspective to her work. A former International Baccalaureate trainer and school leader, she later led coaching and curriculum development at a group coaching startup, where she designed programs for Fortune 500 companies. Dominique has trained hundreds of coaches and holds certifications in multiple tools. She lives in Brooklyn and enjoys surfing and adventure.
