Dima Syrotkin

Dima Syrotkin, CEO of Pandatron, is dedicated to transforming the coaching landscape through AI. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s in Management and International Business from Aalto University, Dima is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organization and Management at Aalto University. At Pandatron, Dima leads initiatives that partner with Fortune 500 companies to revolutionize change management using their innovative conversational AI platform, which merges systemic coaching with data-driven insights.

Dima’s vision is to enhance self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and psychological maturity globally, believing these qualities offer the best pathway to improve the world. In addition, he supports advancements in aging research and serves as a board member of NewBrain, which is developing innovative solutions for Alzheimer’s treatment.
