Diane Dempster, PCC, CPC, is a professional coach, speaker, and educator with more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience. She is the co-founder of ImpactParents.com, co-creator of the Sanity School® behavior training programs, and co-author of Parenting ADHD Now!. Diane provides coaching and training for parents, educators, and professionals navigating life with complex kids. Through her work, she helps adults develop practical skills, increase confidence, and apply a coach approach to everyday challenges. With a background in change management and a passion for sustainable growth, Diane supports clients in creating meaningful, lasting change in both life and work. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan and earned her coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
