Danny L. McGuire Jr., PCC, is the executive director of the Public Service Institute at Calumet College of St. Joseph, USA, with more than 35 years of distinguished public service. His background includes decades of leadership in law enforcement and education, where he has served and supported first responders and military personnel through both operational and transitional challenges. 

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Dr. McGuire specializes in trauma-informed, culturally competent coaching practices tailored to high-stakes professionals. 

He is also the director of First Responder Wellness at Jacquelyn Augustine and Associates and holds a doctorate in ethical leadership, as well as three master’s degrees. 

Danny is passionate about supporting those who serve. A respected educator, leader, and speaker, he brings a wealth of real-world experience to his work, promoting resilience, emotional intelligence, and holistic growth in leadership, public service, and the coaching space.
