Boris Dobiš, ACC, is an external coach, facilitator, consultant, and trainer with nearly 20 years of corporate experience across diverse sales roles. He began his career as a regional sales and marketing representative in Slovakia before expanding into the Czech market. As a sales manager, he led domestic and international business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In his final corporate role, he oversaw sales development and profit consolidation across Central and Eastern Europe.
The values that guided his corporate career — being need-based, customer-centric, results-oriented, and trustworthy — now define his coaching and consulting practice. He thrives in multicultural environments and enjoys working with corporate clients.
