Anna Gallotti, MCC

Anna Gallotti, MCC, has 25 years of experience as an executive coach, organizational consultant, and facilitator. She is also a certified coaching supervisor. She coaches executives, teams, and large groups to support organizational transformations.

She is also an entrepreneur, as she founded two companies, one in France (since 2000) and one in the United States (since 2013). She manages complex international projects and works with more than 60 coaches worldwide. In 2021, she founded the Group Coaching Institute.

Anna previously served as chair of one of ICF’s global boards and currently chairs the ICF Task Force on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Coaching. She is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on this topic.

Anna is Italian. She spent the first 25 years of her life in Milan, Italy, and the following 20 years in Paris, France. Today, she lives in New York, USA, and frequently travels to Europe.
