Anja Milde

Anja Milde, PhD, is a pharmacist by training with a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Biology and over 22 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has held various roles across global organizations, bringing scientific expertise and strategic insight to her work.

Anja discovered her passion for coaching four years ago and became a certified Rauen Business Coach in 2023. For the past two years, she has served as a full-time DSO Coach at Bayer, supporting the implementation of the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) operating model. In this role, she partners with teams and leaders to foster agility, shared accountability, and empowered decision-making.
