Anik Clemens is the regional director for North America and Latin America for the ICF Professional Coaches Team. In this role, Anik focuses on deepening member and volunteer engagement, developing long-term partnerships, and sustaining healthy chapter communities. Anik became a certified coach and ICF member in 2015 and served as a chapter leader for the ICF Central Florida Chapter. Anik joined ICF as a staff member in 2018, aspiring to make a global impact on the coaching community, believing that coaching can transform societies.
