Ovida achieves this by growing and enhancing coaching skills using objective data and insights, video reviews for self-reflection, and mentoring. Alex is a business leader, tech entrepreneur, passionate coaching practitioner, and advocate. He studied business economics and German in the United Kingdom and Germany. During his time at Procter & Gamble he led brands while also running the global Grow coaching program. Alex continued his career in leadership roles in Walgreens Boots Alliance before becoming an entrepreneur and founding Ovida.
