Aditi Malhotra is an ICF Member and a Socratic Leadership Skills Facilitator, with over 17 years in the field of communication. A keen observer of human behavior, she is certified in Neuro-linguistic Programming and Instructional Design. Aditi serves as director of communication and marketing on the board of the ICF Delhi NCR Chapter. Aditi is the founder of Skills Infinitum, which facilitates skill development of individuals and organizations through coaching, in-person interventions and e-learning. She coaches change-makers across industries. Her pillars of happiness are her daughter, dog and husband and her love of books, writing and art.
