Founded by Dr. Katie Crabtree, a coaching psychologist, master practitioner coach, and coaching supervisor, AoCP™ provides evidence-based continuing education and supervision for experienced coaches, leaders, and organizational practitioners who want to deepen their psychological fluency and ethical practice.
AoCP offers approved training pathways for experienced professionals to become Certified Positive Psychology Coaches and Certified Coaching Supervisors. What distinguishes AoCP is its integration of psychological theory with applied coaching practice, supported by its ICF-approved Continuing Coach Education (CCE) and EMCC Global Quality Award–accredited programs.
