The ICF accreditation team is dedicated to helping you through the renewal process. They will email you surveys and notify you when your final renewal survey is available in the ICF Accreditation Portal.

When to Renew Your ICF Accreditation

We know you’re busy, so keeping track of your accreditation renewal date may not be top of mind. Don’t worry. We will send you a reminder email at least 60 days before your renewal date.

  • Level 1, 2, 3, and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC): Every 3 years.
  • Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Accreditation: Every 1 year.

Accreditation Renewal Surveys

For Level 1, 2, 3, and AATC accreditation, you will receive a survey when it's time to renew.

So there are no surprises, you can access sample renewal surveys to ensure you’re prepared for your renewal.

Renewal Fees

All accreditation renewal fees align with the corresponding application fees listed on the specific accreditation type webpage. Ensuring fairness and consistency, this practice reflects our commitment to transparent processes. If you have questions about renewal fees, please refer to the relevant accreditation webpage or contact our team for help.

ICF accreditation renewal applications must be paid in full before they are considered submitted and scheduled for review.

Refund Policy: ICF accreditation applications and accreditation renewal applications are non-refundable once submitted and include not only the review of all submitted materials but also any benefits included in the ICF accreditation cycle if accreditation is awarded.
