Course Details:

This course is for experienced and newer coaches, managers, and leaders who sense that more can be done for their clients and employees experiencing grief and loss. Rather than offering platitudes and “quick fixes,” these coaches and leaders yearn to offer what is genuinely needed more effectively. Grief is everywhere, both evident and beneath the surface. This course will introduce coaches and leaders to the skills and embodied presence and expand their awareness around what is needed to create the safe, empathetic space necessary for clients to experience the full expression of their grief story as a precursor to transforming the pain of grief and loss into a felt sense of meaning and purpose.
