Course Details
Designed for Organizational Coaching Leaders, this highly interactive
workshop will explore how to leverage group coaching to scale
leadership development and strengthen organizational culture.
Together, we will define what group coaching looks like inside
organizations and examine when and how it works best—whether online
or in person.
First, you’ll participate in a live coaching session to truly
understand the impact group coaching can make. Next, you’ll take
a look at case studies and engage in peer conversations to gain
clarity on how to budget for and structure group coaching
programs, get buy-in from participants, and address common
challenges such as commitment and time constraints.
The session will also provide concrete tools, including a
checklist, program structure design framework, and a calculator
to help you plan and measure return on investment (ROI).
You will walk away with practical strategies for starting,
