ACTC Eligibility Requirements
- Be an ICF credential-holder at any level, in good standing.
- 60+ hours of team coaching education.
- 5 team coaching engagements over the last 5 years.
- 5 hours of coaching supervision.
- A passing score on the ICF Team Coaching Certification Exam.
Your Path to ACTC Certification
There are three paths to apply for the ACTC, each tailored to your coaching journey thus far. Select the path that matches the education you’ll be using to apply.
General Team Coaching Education
Apply using 60 hours of team coaching education from any program (ICF accredited or not).
- Member price: $250 USD.
- Non-member price: $350 USD.
- Estimated time to review: 4-6 weeks.
ICF-Accredited Team Coaching Program
Apply with a certificate from an ICF Advanced Accredited Team Coaching (AATC) program.
- Member price: $200 USD.
- Non-member price: $300 USD.
- Estimated time to review: 2-4 weeks.
Prior Learning Through Team Coaching Experience
Apply using prior experience, including 10 team engagements, 10 hours of coaching supervision, and at least 30 hours of team coaching education.
- Member price: $250 USD.
- Non-member price: $350 USD.
- Estimated time to review: 4-6 weeks.
