In our fast-paced world, where change is constant, your contact details may change. Your interests may evolve. Or your email provider may push through updates that make it more difficult to find emails from ICF. Regularly reviewing and updating your email address and preferences empowers you to stay fully connected with the latest happenings and to maximize your opportunities within our global ecosystem.
To ensure you continue to receive emails from ICF, it is good practice to periodically complete the following steps:
STEP 1: Whitelist ICF.
Whitelisting an email address is different for each email provider. For instructions for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Comcast, click here. If you’re unsure how to whitelist an email address using your email provider, use your preferred search engine and type “how to whitelist an email address in [insert your email provider].”
STEP 2: Review Your Information in Your ICF Profile.
STEP 3: Manage Your Opt-In Status and Subscriptions
While in your ICF profile, you can also check and update your opt-in status regarding the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), To check:
- Choose “Privacy and Contact Preferences” from the “My Account Links” menu box on the right side of the page in your ICF profile.
- To opt-in, make sure you click “Yes, I opt-in…,” then click “Save.”
