This year, we have been notified of more than one instance where ICF-credentialed Members in the United States were the subjects of a telephone and email scam marketing a listing in a business directory.

We believe that these scammers may have accessed coaches’ contact information through the Credentialed Coach Finder, in direct violation of the platform’s terms and conditions.
