We were recently notified of an instance where an ICF-credentialed Member in the United States was the subject of a telephone and email scam marketing a listing in a business directory.

We believe the scammer may have accessed the coach’s contact information through the Credentialed Coach Finder, in direct violation of the platform’s terms and conditions.
