Lexington, KY — International Coaching Federation (ICF) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Canada (CPHR Canada) today.
The MOU allows both organizations, who specialize in the fields of Coaching and Human Resources (HR), to engage in mutual cooperation to offer more enhanced services to members of each organization.
Specifically, both organizations have committed to sharing information, knowledge, research, and experience to the benefit of their respective memberships and clients, as well as enhancing the value to Coaching and HR professions by offering access to a breadth of best practice and leading-edge resources.
They will also commission or create, collect, and disseminate research and content that broadens understanding of people management, coaching, and related fields.
