International Coaching Federation Celebrates the Gold Standard of the Profession with 2025 Coaching Impact Awards

– The annual award program honors the people and organizations transforming lives, workplaces, and communities through the power of coaching – 

Lexington, Kentucky, USA — The International Coaching Federation (ICF) today announced the winners of its annual ICF Coaching Impact Awards, which honor excellence in coaching and celebrate the transformative power of the profession worldwide.  

“ICF has upheld and celebrated the gold standard of the coaching profession since our founding 30 years ago,” said Magdalena Nowicka Mook, CEO of ICF. “As the industry continues to grow rapidly, I have no doubt that these examples of coaching excellence are inspiring people and organizations all around the world. The ICF Coaching Impact Awards recognize individuals and organizations whose work reflects the best of coaching and ICF across diverse categories that mirror the multifaceted nature of the field. The four categories awarded are: Coaches, Coaching Education, Organizations, and Social Impact. 

The 2025 ICF Coaching Impact Awards are awarded to the following individuals and organizations:  

Coaches honors individual coach practitioners making an impact in the profession and at ICF. The 2025 ICF Coaching Impact Awards – Coaches winners are: 

• Distinguished Coach  
  • Winner: Cheryl I. Procter-Rogers, MCC (USA)  
  • Honorable Mention: Ghaya Barwani, ACTC, MCC (Oman) 
     
• Accomplished Coach  
  • Winner: Cristina Mühl, ACTC, PCC (Germany) 
  • Honorable Mention: Rudolf Nyari, ACTC, PCC (Romania)   
     
• Emerging Coach  
  • Winner: Hongyok Chimphan, ACC (Thailand) 
  • Honorable Mention: Antoy Grant, ACC (United States) 

Coaching Education recognizes coach educators and ICF-accredited providers who are leading and innovating coaching education. The 2025 ICF Coaching Impact Awards – Coaching Education winners are:  

• Distinguished Provider  
  • Winner:  Activision Coaching Institute (France, Canada) 
  • Honorable Mention: Ontological Coaching Institute (Australia) 
     
• Distinguished Educator  
  • Winner: Susan Britton, MCC (USA) 
  • Honorable Mention: Shiri Ben-Arzi, MCC (Israel)   

Organizations celebrates organizations and businesses that have built strong coaching cultures and demonstrate the positive effects of coaching. The 2025 ICF Coaching Impact Awards – Organizations winners are:  

• Distinguished Organization  
  • Winner: Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (USA, Global) 
  • Honorable Mention: Wärtsilä (Finland)
     
• Emerging Organization  
  • Winner: Saudi Electricity Company (Saudi Arabia)  
  • Honorable Mention: LDB (Canada) and Petronas (Malaysia)  

Social Impact is a category that highlights exceptional individuals and organizations that are making a deep contribution to society through the application of coaching principles. The 2025 ICF Coaching Impact Awards – Social Impact winners include:  

• Distinguished Coaching Catalyst  
  • Winner: Mission Possible (Canada)  
  • Honorable Mention: Coaching for Purpose (Australia) 
     
• Emerging Coaching Catalyst  
  • Winner: The UK Armed Forces Spouse Personal Development Programme (United Kingdom)  
  • Honorable Mention: GLOWI (Portugal)   

The ICF Coaching Impact Award winners were recognized during a ceremony held on Friday, October 24, in San Diego, California, USA, at ICF’s annual conference, Converge 2025.  

“Our award winners exemplify how coaching creates ripple effects that reach far beyond the individual, touching people, shaping systems, and transforming society. Their stories remind us how coaching can move hearts, shift cultures, and change our world,” said Shweta Handa-Gupta, MCC, 2025 ICF Global Board Chair.
