Lexington, Kentucky, USA — The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has finalized its 2026 leadership team, welcoming new directors to both the Global Enterprise Board of Directors and ICF’s six family organizations. Building on three decades of advancing the coaching profession, these leaders will guide the organization as coaching continues to drive meaningful change across industries and communities worldwide.

The incoming board represents 25 countries, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise across the coaching ecosystem, from professional development to organizational transformation.

Our 2026 directors and trustees reflect ICF’s ongoing focus on the future of coaching,” said ICF CEO Magdalena Nowicka Mook. “These leaders bring the vision and experience needed to advance our profession while upholding the standards that define it. Their diverse, global perspectives will be instrumental in empowering coaches, clients, organizations, and communities to create lasting impact. They embody the aspiration to inspire, transform, and thrive.”

The ICF Global Enterprise Board provides strategic direction and coordinates across the complete ICF ecosystem. Each family organization maintains its own dedicated board, with one director serving as a representative on the Global Enterprise Board (noted below with an asterisk *).
