Embracing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging empowers each of us to unlock our full potential. We invite all ICF members to take advantage of our free Global Cultural Competency in Coaching workshops.
In this interactive, live, two-hour workshop, you will learn to:
- Recognize the difference between cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity.
- Display personal cultural proficiency during coaching.
- Distinguish the six stages of cultural competency.
- Define intercultural communication and describe its importance in coaching.
Sessions will be held every third Tuesday of the month at 12 Noon (New York) through December. Each session is limited to 36 participants to encourage meaningful interaction, so please register for only one session. Attendees will earn 1.5 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits in Core Competencies and 0.5 in Resource Development.
