ICF Earns 4 Power of Associations Awards

ICF is pleased to announce it has been recognized with four 2023 Power of Associations Silver Awards by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). The awards honor associations that have demonstrated excellence in association management.  

These four awards reflect a diverse scope of all activities across the ICF ecosystem and show that as One ICF, we have a powerful impact — not only in empowering and providing value to our members and stakeholders but also in contributing to a positive global impact that can transform societies.  

ICF received awards for the following initiatives:   

2021-2022 Coaching for Social Impact Project | ICF Foundation
The ICF Foundation proved that professional coaching has a positive social impact and increases the effectiveness of social system change organizations through its 2021-2022 Coaching for Social Impact Project, which provided pro bono coaching to leaders of social system change organizations in seven countries.  

Global Cultural Competency in Coaching Workshop Series | DEIB 

Cultural competency and communication are foundational for all aspects of diversity and inclusion initiatives and coaching. To reach the entire ICF ecosystem, the DEIB department developed content that staff and volunteer facilitators then used to conduct training sessions for non-chapter affiliated members and trained chapter leaders, who in turn trained their chapters.   

ICF Coaching Education Global Knowledge Community | ICF Coaching Education 

ICF Coaching Education provides support and professional development for coach educators and trainers through the Global Knowledge Community, a vibrant, virtual venue for global collaboration. This engagement platform provides a place to build community, engage with other coach education professionals, fostering growth and collaboration. 

ICF Imagine 2022: The Global Conference on Coaching Education and Training | ICF Coaching Education  

ICF Coaching Education developed the ICF Imagine conference, a first-of-its-kind, global conference on coaching education and training, designed to empower attendees’ development to provide the highest quality education to future coaches of the world.
